Refund Policy
1. Overview
SendRadar subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, and refund eligibility is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. Free Tier
SendRadar offers a permanent free tier with no payment required. You can monitor up to 3 competitors and receive weekly AI reports at no cost, forever, without entering payment details.
3. Refund Eligibility
As Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions, refund requests are subject to Paddle's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Paddle directly via their support portal at paddle.com.
Consumers residing in the EU, EEA, or UK may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of completing a transaction in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer law.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/support. You may also contact us at hello@sendradar.app and we will assist in coordinating your request with Paddle.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again after that date. To cancel, visit the Paddle billing portal linked in your subscription confirmation email.
